Returns Policy
You may return new, undamaged, undecorated, non-personalized Duck Bill® Money Clips within 30 days of delivery receipt for a full refund. Duck Bill® will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to a Duck Bill® error such as an incorrect product, defective product, or some issue agreed to be Duck Bill® ’s responsibility.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, likely much sooner. It will take time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Communication is key, so If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Duck Bill® will respond quickly with next steps.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
How quickly your order ships depends on personalization. If you order a non-personalized Duck Bill® Money Clip, your order ships within 36 hours of order receipt. If you order a personalized, hand-engraved Duck Bill® Money Clip, your order ships within 5 days of receipt. There’s a good chance it will ship sooner, but hand-engraved personalization is a custom process that can require every bit of the additional coordination time.
To any destination in the United Sates, orders of 1-3 Duck Bill® Money Clips ship free via USPS First Class Mail in a 9”x7"x1”, black, plastic, bubble wrap mailer. Tracking is included. Expect delivery in 1-3 business days from the shipment date. Orders of 4+ Duck Bill® Money Clips receive a free, automatic upgrade to expedited USPS Priority Mail shipping, with tracking, in the size-appropriate box.
If you need your U.S. order sooner than USPS First-Class Mail delivers, you can upgrade to either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.
To locations outside the United States, the USPS international shipping options are: (1) First-Class Package International Service, which is least expensive, includes tracking, and delivery time dependent on destination. (2) Priority Mail International, includes tracking, and delivery time of 6-10 business days. (3) Priority Mail Express International, with tracking, and delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Cost and delivery dates are estimated based on your shipping choice.
USPS shipping rates are either flat-rate or weight-based. Duck Bill® ships flat-rate when possible. When a shipment requires a weight-based shipping method, weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
